Cam Thuy bronze ting being kept in Thanh Hoa museum is one of 37 artifacts which are recognized as National Treasure in 2013 signed by Vietnam Prime Minister.

The Ting is relatively intact, quite big, 79.8cm in height, 134.4cm in mouth diameter and 115cm in bottom diameter.

The Tinh is in cylinder form, slightly flared rim, everted neck (9cm in height), round bottom. Six big cord-decorated U-shaped handles are attached evenly on to the mouth (21cm U wide, 16cm high, 4cm wide, 5.5cm thick). There is a flange on the inner surface of the rim. The central of each handle got decorated with relief dots forming five-petal flower (big relief dot forming stamen, five smaller dots building petals). The gap between handles is decorated with festoon (4 groups) and two lines of symmetrically-arranged Sino inscriptions. Each line consists of 11 bold and clear words. Neck-closed part got decorated with one band of four-petal flowers and cloud pattern limited by two flanges running around. The body of Ting is decorated with flanges forming longitudinal cells (6 cells). The whole body of Ting is covered by a verdigris-colored patin.  

Cam Thuy bronze Ting is perfect work, unique, holding the manifest local feature, dating back to Le Trung Hung period.

Based on the decorative motives and inscriptions on Ting, it could be said that this Ting was casted in 28^th November 1752 by King’s special envoy of Cam Thuy district. Together with fifteen bronze tings being kept in , Cam Thuy bronze ting provide the information about casting technique and decoration arts on bronze objects in the past for the visitors. It makes contribution to demonstrate our long-standing bronze casting tradition, begun in the Early Metal Age, well-developed in Dong Son culture, through feudal dynasties to present, this tradition in Vietnam in general and in Thanh Hoa in particular has been preserved and developed.
